Focaccia Crackers
1/4 cup garbanzo bean flour
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup gf all purpose blend
2 tbsp filtered water
1 tbsp olive oil (more for drizzle)
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
Directions: Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk all of the ingredients together until it forms into a dough. Using your hands, mold the dough into a ball and gently knead a couple of times. Place dough in between 2 sheets of parchment paper and with a rolling pin (or a bottle of wine), roll out the dough until it’s as thin as you can get it. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut 1-2 inch strips lengthwise and then again horizontally. Drizzle extra olive oil and spread evenly with fingers. Top with maldon flaky sea salt. Bake for 20 min or until crispy.
Gf, vegan crackers that taste like focaccia bread. The flaky sea salt on top is a must.
